ORDER

     Counsel for OP has handed over two demand drafts, one for Rs.49,000/- and one for Rs.2,000/-, to the authorized representative of complainant. He has also paid a sum of Rs.1500/- as interest to the authorized representative of complainant. The authorized representative of complainant has received the said drafts & Rs.1500/- and she withdraws the execution application as fully satisfied. She has stated that she will hand over the AC today at 5.00 PM. Her statement in the shape of endorsement to that effect has been recorded on the order sheet itself. In this view of the matter, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
