ORDER

                    Sh. H.P.S. Kochhar, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OPs have complied with the order of this Forum dated 28.10.2015. I have received two demand drafts bearing No.506542, dated 21.03.2016 for Rs.78000/- and No.506543, dated 21.03.2016 for Rs.12500/- in favour of Sh. Ramesh Kumar Mittal from Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, agent for OPs. On instructions of the complainant, I do not wish to press this execution application. So, this execution application be dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant shall return the refrigerator, in question, to the OPs within two days from today”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
