1. Hitachi Corporate Office, A-75 Sector 16, Gurgaon 122001 (Haryana) through its Manager.

2. Hitachi Home and Life Solution (India) Limited, 9^th Floor Abhijeet Mithakhli, Six Roads, Ahmadabad 380006 (Gujrat) through its Managing Director.

3. Gupta Electronics, Main Road, Nissing through its proprietor/partner.

                             Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                     Shri Gaurav Chhabra Advocate for opposite parties.

                    

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel of opposite parties made statement that the opposite parties are ready to replace the AC in question with new one within one month.

                   Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of learned counsel of opposite parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
