     4.       Hitachi New Friends Refrigeration (Service Agency of Hitachi) SCO 47, Opp.           Peer Bal Bhawan Road, New HDFC Bank, Ambala Haryana-134003, through its               Service Engineer Shri Gagan Saini.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed in the Lok Adalat.  Learned counsel for the OP No.2 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise, OP No.2 is ready to pay Rs.37,000/-, within 40 days, subject to return of old AC/Unit with accessories.  Authorized representative of the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement given by the learned counsel for the OP No.2 and agrees with the same and he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.      

           In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.2 and the authorized representative of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
