District Forum awarded a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant/respondent, aggrieved against which the petitioner filed the appeal before the State Commission which has been dismissed by the impugned order.

We decline to interfere with the impugned order as the amount involved is Rs.25,000/- and the costs of litigation would be much more than the amount involved. Dismissed.
