This consumer complaint coming up before us on 09.09.2021 for appearance of the complainants and for reporting settlement or for dismissal and this Commission made the following order in open court:

No representation for complainant and the opposite parties 1 & 5. 2nd opposite party present. Today, the case is posted for appearance of complainant and for reporting settlement or for dismissal. When the matter was called today, there was no representation for complainant. The Counsel appearing for the 2nd opposite party submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. Further, we find that the complainant had not filed his Proof Affidavit so far. Today also, the complainant is absent thereby showing that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case.
Hence, we are of the view that complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint.
Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution. No cost.
