Complainant present.  The matter is taken up for consideration in which, it is represented that the opposite party company is under liquidation.   The Official Liquidator has been appointed by the NCLT, Mumbai Bench under M.A. No.2524/2019. The Official Liquidator has accepted the claim of the complainant. Memo recorded.   Hence, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
