ORDER

Evidence on behalf of the complainant has been closed by the complainant after tendering the affidavit Ex. CW1/A and documents Annexure C-A to C-K vide making separate statement.

                   At the time of argument, Shri Sahil Bhama, Deputy Manager of OP appeared and made a statement that they are ready to give a new wall mount toilet seat to the complainant, which is similar/same price range of existing product. He further stated that the complainant is not required to return the existing damaged toilet seat.          

                   On the other hand, complainant Himanshu Grover has also made a statement that he is satisfied with the aforesaid statement made by the Deputy Manager of OP. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further in the present case and requested to dispose off the present matter.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed of with a direction to the OP to replace a new toilet seat instead of old one within 30 days from today. Parties are bound by their statement given in the Commission today. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
