ORDER  ORDER BELOW EXH.1 :-   [1] We have heard the learned Advocate on behalf of the opponents. The complainant is absent when called. The order dt.14/10/2008 was not complied with by the opponent and therefore this execution proceeding is filed. During the pendency of the execution proceeding substantial compliance of the said order was made by the opponents. That fact is observed in the order by which the Court Commissioner was appointed for execution of final conveyance in favour of the society.   [2] Earlier on 6/10/2010 an intimation was given to the Forum that in pursuance of appointment of Court Commissioner the final conveyance deed was also executed on 6/7/2010. It therefore appears that nothing survives in the execution proceeding. The same is therefore disposed off with no order as to costs.   [3] Copy of order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.
