2. M/s Hindustan Motors Ltd., 1^st Floor, R.R. Towers-IV, A-16/17, TVK Industrial Estate, Guidy, Chennai-600 032 represented by its Territory Manager.

3. M/s Marikar (Motors) Ltd., registered & Head Office, P.O. Box No. 9, M.G. Road, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001 represented by its Branch Manager.    

ORDER

The case came for admission on 30.11.2017.  Heard.  The case posted for orders in admission on 11.12.2017 and then to 13.12.2017.  The date of cause of action for the complaint mentioned in the complaint is 27.04.2011, the date of purchase of the vehicle, 20.12.2011, 24.12.2011, 04.03.2012 some of the dates in which communications were given to the opposite parties by the complainant, on 11.06.2012 the date on which opposite parties raised false claim, 06.08.2012 the date on which reply was sent by the complainant and the opposite parties were contacted by the complainant.  But complainant has not approached this Forum within 2 years from the date on which the cause of action has arisen and no delay condone application filed.  Hence complaint is barred by limitation under Sec. 24 (a) of the Consumer Protection Act.  Hence complaint not admitted.
