Case called out. None responds. The complaint has been filed with defects and the defects have not been removed despite many chances give. Besides, the reliefs sought appears to be less than Rs.20 lacs. Therefore, this complaint deserves to be dismissed for want of pecuniary jurisdiction as well as it being defective.

 Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed.

Certified copy of the judgment be provided to the parties in accordance with rules.
