This C.C case No.49/2018 is taken up today for order.The Complainant filed a withdrawal petition along with an advance petition.The case record put up before us toady and perused the documents available on record.

After perusal of the documents we are of the opinion that since the dispute has already settled amicably between the parties,the present complainant does not want to proceed further he has filed a withdrawal petition.

In view of the withdrawal petition filed by the complainant the case is here by withdrawn andd accordingly disposed off.
