Ld. Advocate for the Dhr has filed a verified petition of the Dhr praying for dropping the case on the ground that as the Dhr and the Jdr are ready to amicably settle the matter outside the Forum, the Dhr intended to drop the case and she is not willing to proceed with the execution application further.
