On the strength of  “ 4^th National Lok adalat,2023 record is put up today.

Complainant files a memo stating therein to withdraw the complaint as the matter has already been settled between the parties as Ex-curia.Heard.As complainant is satisfied with the O.Ps and does not want to proceed with the case,this Commissionhas no hesitation to allowthe petition filed by the complainant.Accordingly the memo is allowed and this Consumer Complaint  No.188/2023 is withdrawn in view of the prayer of the complainant on the occasion of 4^th National Lok adalat.
