Statement of Sh.Mahesh Singla,son of Sh.Hem Raj Singla,aged 25 years, VPO Jathoke, Teh.& Distt.Bathinda authorised representative of opposite party No.1 on oath. I am authorised representative of opposite party No.1 and as such, I am competent to make statement on its behalf. I offer mobile handset made Nokia N-70 M IMEI No.351863010417489 to the complainant. The set is repaired one. Opposite party No.1 undertakes to extend the period of warranty on this set till 8.1.2009 as per terms and conditions of the warranty for such set. RO&AC Member President, D.C.F. Statement of Sh.Pankaj Kumar son of Sh.Mohan Lal,aged 25 years Resident of H.No.33322, St.No.6,Partap Nagar,Bathilnda on oath. I have heard the statement of Sh.Mahesh Singla,authorised representative of opposite party No.1. I accept the Mobile handset offered by opposite party No.1. Since,opposite party No.1 have given the above undertaking. I do not want to proceed with this complaint at this stage. It may be dismissed as withdrawn.
