                                                            ORDER

 

                        In compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 11.9.2009, the OP deposited Rs.12,500/- with this Forum. Today proxy counsel for OP has submitted Manager’s Cheque of Rs.5,036/- dated 5.10.09 in the name of President, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, UT Chandigarh, towards balance 50% of the amount. The cheque be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. In view of that deposit, the operation of the impugned order passed by this Forum has been stayed by the Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 11.9.2009. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record. The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
