Present :    None for complainant.

                    Counsel for the opposite parties no.1 and 2.

 

Complaint passed over several times since morning. But noneput in appearances on behalf of complainant. Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties stated at Bar that the matter is settled between the parties and as per the settlement the opposite parties have paid a sum of Rs.72,500/- on 20.02 17 vide cheque no.000955 and Rs.72,500/-  on dated 20.03.17 vide cheque no.000956 as full and final settlement to the complainant. In support of his submission he placed reliance on thecheques dated 20.02.17 and20.03.17, statements of account of the opposite parties with HDFC Bank Ltd and request of complainantWhich show that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. It is already 2.45 p.m.

No further wait is possible. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-prosecution . File be consigned to record room.
