Perusal of the record shows that complainant lastly appeared on 21.12.2021. Court notice also issued to the complainant on 02.08.2023. Notice was duly served. Thereafter, matter adjourned for several times but neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter.
