Complainant and opposite party represented.  This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party.  Since 26-12-2022 this case was posted for the evidence of the complainant.  When the case came up for consideration today, it is noticed that the complainant did not adduce any evidence inspite of giving sufficient opportunity for the same. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.  In view of the above discussion, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default.  In the result, the complaint is dismissed.

Pronounced in the Open Commission on this the 18th day of May, 2023
