             The complainant is found absent on repeated call and no steps filed. On perusal of the case record it is found that, the complainant has found absent in the Commission since 24.08.2023 and no steps filed by any point of time.  The complainant probably does not want to proceed further in the present case. 

            Hence the case is dismissed for non prosecution. 

             This case is disposed of accordingly.
