Sh. Sanjeev Bansal partner of OP No.2 with counsel Sh. J.K.Kapil.
File taken up in the National Lok Adalat. On 28.8.2024 Sh. Sanjeev Bansal partner M/s Bansal Automobiles opposite party No. 2 with counsel Sh. J.K. Kapil has suffered the statement that the compromise has been effected with the complainant. As per compromise I have already replaced the motorcycle in question with the motorcycle bearing registration no. PB-19T-9370. I further undertake that the process of transfer of registration in the name of complainant of above said motorcycle will be initiated within 7 days from today as the complainant has submitted all the required documents.
On the other hand the learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered the statement that I have heard the above said  statement of the opposite parties and as per the instruction of the complainant agreed with the same. The complainant will furnish the affidavit with the opposite party regarding the surrender of the motorcycle in question. In view of the statement of the OP No. 2 I withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.
In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties are bound
