“Case is called out.
None is present on behalf of the appellant.
According to office report dated 19.08.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 12.07.2022, which has been received back in the office with postal endorsement that the recipient did not meet on repeated visits.
Office has further submitted report dated 07.09.2022 that the registered court notice was sent to the appellant on the same address, which is mentioned in the consumer complaint and memo of appeal.
However, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.
Put up on 21.09.2022 for hearing on delay condonation application.”
Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
