ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.Ps. shall investigate the Hero Honda motor bike bearing No.KA10, H-5599 and repair the starting trouble within one month from the date of order. The O.P.3 shall make free service upto one year from the date of order. The O.P. shall pay Rs.1,500-00 towards mental agony and Rs.500-00 being the cost of the proceedings.
