ORDER

The complaint is allowed in part. M/s Shaw Automobiles Sri. Harisha Road, Mysore-1, shall refund a sum of Rs.500/- to the complainant together with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of realisation. They shall further pay a sum of Rs.500/- to her towards the cost of these proceedings. This order shall be complied with within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt by M/s Shaw Automobiles, Sri. Harsha Road, Mysore-1, failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover her dues.
