No where in any of the documents is the role of Gadi Pvt. Ltd. as OP-2 made out. Complainant is a resident of Rohini, both address are outside the jurisdiction of the Commission unless the role of any proof of deficiency is placed on record. Complainant seeks time to place on record the proof of any correspondence or any involvement of Gadi Pvt. Ltd OP-2. At this stage, complainant’s counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the case and file it before appropriate Commission. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
