ORDER

     Complainant has come present and made statement, recorded separately, which is reiterated as under:

     “Statement of Sh.Niku Singh s/o Sh.Upnder Singh, aged     32 years, Complainant in person.

     My grievance has been redressed. Hence, I do not want     to pursue my complaint further. Hence, the present   complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

     In view of the aforesaid statement of complainant, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
