Perusal of the record shows that complainant lastly appeared on 12.04.2023. Thereafter neither appearance has been entered into by the complainant for three consecutive hearings including today nor complied the Order dated 12/04/2023. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
