Put up in National Lok Adalat.

A perusal of the order sheet dated 27.09.2022 has transpired that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited in the execution proceeding in District Commission concerned, hence now no dispute remains pending between the parties.

A previous order sheet of the file has also revealed that the file was fixed for hearing on delay condonation application.

As the matter has already been resolved out of the Commission, hence, there is no need to continue the appeal further.

None has pressed to argue on delay condonation application, hence, in the absence of the appellants-applicants, the delay condonation application is hereby rejected and the appeal shall stand summarily rejected.  No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellants-applicants be released in their favour.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the District Commission concerned for perusal / necessary action and for keeping it in record of the original case.
