JUDGMENT/FINAL ORDER

            Today is fixed for final order of the judgment. Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. Judgement is ready and same is pronounced in open Ezlas.

            As per final order / judgment it is ordered,

            that the present case be and the same is allowed exparte against the O.P. Nos.1 and 2 with cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid by O.P. Nos, 1 and 2 in favourr of the complainant No.1

            O.P. Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to execute the sale deed in favour of the complainant No.1 in respect of the shop room specifically mentioned in the agreement dated 12.10.2011 within 45 days from this date, failing which the complainant No.1 shall have liberty to put this order into execution.

            O.P Nos. 1 and 2 are further directed to pay compensation amounting to Rs. 30,000/- in favour of the complainant No.1 within 45 days from this date, failing which complainant shall have liberty to put this order into execution.

            Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
