          In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, Impugned Order dated 11.09.2014 is modified to the effect that appellants/opposite parties will not be liable to pay compensation to the tune of Rs.25,000/- as mentioned in the Impugned Order and it is modified accordingly. Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
