Again written reply on behalf of opposite parties not filed. Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties has stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant and in this regard, ld.counsel for the Opposite Party has produced on record the writing of settlement in the shape of duly sworn affidavit dated 17.06.2020 of Sh.Som Nath complainant in this District Consumer Commission. 

On the other hand, perusal of the record shows that none has come present on behalf of the complainant from the last  four hearings. It is presumed that the  complainant is satisfied with the settlement between the parties and due to his reason, he has not come present to pursue his complaint. 

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as writing of settlement arrived between the parties, the present complaint is dismissed being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
