ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is dismissed with a liberty to the complainant to approach the civil court to seek the redress with a further liberty to seek the condonation of delay in presenting the civil suit before the civil court with respect to the period spent by the complainant to prosecute this complaint before this Forum with an observation that the said civil court may sumpathetically consider the complainant's prayer for condonation of delay in prosecuting the said civil suit with regard to the period spent by the complainant to prosecute this complaint before this Forum. No costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
