Registry has reported delay of 198 days in filing the present petition.  An application for condonation of delay has been filed and is available on record at page 21-24.  In the prayer clause at page 23, the petitioner has left a blank between the words ‘to condone the delay of _____ days in filing the present appeal’. When we enquired from the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how much is the delay in filing the present petition, he states that it is about of 100 days.  Apparently, the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner is incorrect.  It would show that he or the petitioner has not even cared to compute the limitation as is required under law before filing the present petition what to talk of specifying the number of days delay, which is sought to be condoned.

In these circumstances, the application for condonation of delay is vague and unspecific.  It is dismissed and consequently, the revision petition is dismissed.
