Satish son of Sh.Ram Rattan, resident of H.No.2303-A, Sector 20-C, Chandigarh.

M/s Healthy Way Immigration Consultant Private Limited, SCO 49, Sector 42-C, Chandigarh, through its Managing Director.

Present:           Complainant in person with counsel Sh.Sandeep Bhardwaj,Advocate.

                        Sh.Divanshu Jain, Advocate for OP.

 

Dated, the 21st day of January, 2011.

                                                            ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-            

            “Statement of Sh.Divanshu Jain, Advocate for OP.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, I have tendered two cheques, first cheque No.551469, dated 7.1.2011 amounting to Rs.48,000/- and second cheque No.561713, dated 20.01.2011 amounting to Rs.20,000/-, total Rs.68,000/-, both in the name of complainant for payment to him, towards full and final settlement in the present complaint.

 

Statement of Sh.Satish son of Sh.Ram Rattan, Complainant in person.

 

I have gone through the above statement given by Sh.Divanshu Jain, Advocate for OP. I have received above said two cheques, first cheque No.551469, dated 7.1.2011 amounting to Rs.48,000/- and second cheque No.561713, dated 20.01.2011 amounting to Rs.20,000/-, total Rs.68,000/-, both in my name towards full and final settlement. Hence, I withdraw the present complaint as fully satisfied.”

 

 

2.                     Keeping in view the above statements, since the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint as fully satisfied, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
