             Today is fixed for admission hearing. The complainant is present and files a petition seeking permission to withdraw the case due to some formal defect with liberty to file the case afresh. Perused the petition, the petition of complaint and the annexures. Heard the submission of the complainant in person. Considered. Prayer is allowed. The complainant is permitted to withdraw the case with liberty to file the case afresh within the statutory period of limitation as per C.P.Act 1986. The case as well as petition filed today are disposed off accordingly.
