ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to pay Rs.20,800/- along with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from 11.3.89 up to the date of payment to the complainant. He is also directed to pay Rs.200/- as cost of prosecutive this complaint. 2.Copy of this order to served on the District Registrar of Firms and Societies, D.C. Office, Mysore with a direction to conduct an enquiry is to the affairs of the Health Department Employees Welfare Society, Mysore as indicated in para 10 above.
