Manjit Singh      Vs.    Healing Touch Hospital.

 

Present:     None for the complainant.

 

                 The complainant has not done the compliance of order dated 22.02.2023, despite availing number of opportunities. It mean, he is not willing to remove the objection raised by this Commission and on today, no one has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Under the circumstances, the complaint is dismissed due to non compliance of order dated 22.02.2023 by the complainant. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the respondent after removing the objection raised in the order dated 22.02.2023 passed by this Commission, if advised so. The document Ex.C14 which is in original is hereby ordered to be returned to the complainant or his counsel against proper receipt. In case, fresh complaint has filed by the complainant, then he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate.  File be consigned to the records.
