     At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and under the instructions of complainant, he withdraw the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied.

     In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
