Present: 

For the complainant:                         Sh.Rinku Kumar, complainant in person.

For the Opposite Party:                    Sh.Varinder Garg, Advocate.

                    Case taken up today because on the fixed date and thereafter, both the members were on leave. Moreover, the post of President is lying vacant.

         On 09.04.2018 Sh.Rinku Kumar, complainant made following statement

 “Stated that we have settled the dispute with opposite parties and withdraw the complaint, hence our case may please be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.”

            But on that date, and thereafter, the quorum was not complete. Today the quorum is complete, hence, in view of the  aforesaid statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
