Complainant, Shyamal Kumar Banerjee and op developer Shibratan Sharma are physically present in this Court accompanied by their respective Advocates.
Case record is taken up to consider the application filed by the complainant dt. 25.4.2024 wherefrom it reveals that the petitioner has no objection if the flat in question being no. 204, on 2nd floor of Gitanjali apartment measuring Carpet area 700 sq.ft. and super built up area more or less 850 sq.ft. is registered in his favour which has already been annexed with the application bordered with red color.
The op M/S Sunrise Construction represented by attorney/ developer, Shibratan Sharma has no objection if the petition filed by the complainant dt. 15.3.2024 is allowed by way of registration through Advocate Commissioner Mohona Chakraborty to complete the registration of the flat in question and the charger of Advocate Commissioner has already been fixed by the parties to the tune of Rs. 5000/-.
In these attending facts and circumstances, the petition filed by the complainant, Shyamal Kumar Banerjee be and the same stands allowed on consent.
Parties are directed to do the needful positively by 30 days from this date of order and report of compliance.
The petition is finally disposed of accordingly.
