Ms. Ruchi Sekhri Adv.,for the Ops No.1 and 2.

Today the case was fixed for further proceeding. Counsel for the Ops No.1 and 2 has made a separate statement in which she states that she tendered a D.D. bearing No.801021 drawn on Indusind Bank, Mumbai dated 4.4.2017 in favour of Dr. Vinod Kumar Sharma/complainant payable at Panchkula in view of settlement dated 7.4.2017.  Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received the D.D. No. 801021 as full and final settlement of his claim amounting to Rs. 45000/-.  So, he wants to withdraw his complaint in view of settlement dated 7.4.2017 as placed on record. 

Heard.  In view of the statement, it is made clear that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
