Present:       Sh.Vishal Dua, Advocate for applicant.

                   Sh.Ashish Goyal, Asst. Manager of HDFC Bank, Khanna.

 

          Sh.Ashish Goyal, Asst. Manager, HDFC Bank, Khanna has come present and has suffered a statement that he undertakes to pay Rs.640/- interest for late depositing the award amount within 15 days from today.

          On the other hand, Sh.Vishal Dua, adv. for applicant has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Sh.Ashish Goyal, Asst. Manager of respondent. In view of his statement, he withdraws the present execution application.

          In view of statement suffered by Assistant Manager, HDFC Bank, Khanna as well as Ld. counsel for applicant, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, respondent is directed to make the payment of Rs.640/- to the applicant within 15 days from today. File be consigned to record room.
