                   The counsel for complainant has made a statement that the complainant has got deposited the loan of OPs in the proceedings of Arbitration and hence, he withdraws the present complaint, with permission to file a fresh complaint against the OPs. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                   In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint against the OPs, as per law.
