      Present:- Shri Sujit Kumar Solanki A/R and husband of complainant.                   Sourav Bajaj Advocate of OP.

In view of separate joint statement of the complainant and Sourav Bajaj Advocate for OP the matter is settled between the complainant and OP and as per the settlement the OP shall pay a sum of Rs. 2100/- (Two thousand and one hundred ) to the complainant as full and final settlement within one month from today.

 

Order pronounced on   :

• Compliance of the order be made within one month from today.
• Copy of order be sent to the concerned parties free of cost.
