Joshi Marg, through its Authorized Signatory Service be effected through Branch Officer HDFC SL, Karnal Branch, 1^st Floor, SCO-778-779, Narayan, Plaza above HDFC Bank Kunjpura Road, opposite Mahavir Dal, Karnal through its Manager/Authorized Signatory.

 

2. HDFC Bank Sale Pvt. Ltd. 169, Ramon House Backbay Reclamation Church Gate Mumbai, Maharastra, (agent) of OP No. 1.

 

3. HDFC Bank Ltd. SCO-65, 1^st Floor, Sector-17, Near Bansal Skin Care, Kurukshetra.

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that due to some technical defects he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and as such has stated to withdraw the same.

            In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Original documents if any placed on record by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be placed on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
