          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.84,204/- as excess of the EMI amount and to pay a sum of Rs.3,81,850/- as loan agreement amount and to refund a sum of Rs.86,969/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as compensation for loss and mental agony and Rs.20,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

 

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  The complainant and counsel also called absent for long time.  No representation also.   Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.   No cost.
