                                                ORDER

S.C KAUSHIK MEMBER:

Appellant-Sh. Ravinder S/o Late Sh. Om Parkash has appeared and stated at bar that he wants to withdraw the present appeal.He also suffered a statement, which is reproduced as under:-

           “I may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the matter has been settled between the parties as the respondent i.e. HDFC Life Insurance Company is ready and willing to pay to the appellant an amount of Rs. 2,95,036/- i.e. insured amount as per full and final settlement of the claim within one month from the date of passing of the order.  Further, I will not claim any other amount besides the amount referred to above.

 

2.      On the other hand Sh.S.C.Thatai, Advocate on behalf of respondent has also suffered a statement:-

“The matter has been settled between the parties. Accordingly, the respondent i.e. HDFC Life Insurance Company is ready and willing to pay to the appellant an amount of Rs. 2,95,036/- i.e. insured amount as per full and final settlement of the claim within one month from the date of passing of the order. However, it is agreed that the appellant will not claim and other amount besides the amount referred to above.

 

3.      In view of the statements made by learned counsel for both the parties, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.        

4.      Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
