Heard Mr.R.S.Chahal-Advocate for the complainant and Ms.Sheetal Patil-Advocate for the opponent. She files her vakalatnama for the opponent.  Taken on record.

Referring upon the information shared by opponent /Insurance company and the policy document ultimately issued, it is the contention of the complainant that they want to incorporate a term as a part of policy giving option to the insured to reduce the premium as per his choice, minimum of `10,000/- from the second year onwards.  However, the matter remained at the discussion level or as submitted by Ld.counsel for the complainant in the area of not taking any decision by the Insurance company.  Terms of the policy are not accordingly altered and, therefore, alleging deficiency in service, this consumer complaint is filed.

In the given set of circumstances as alleged by the complainant the dispute relates to finalizing terms of the insurance policy i.e. contract of insurance.  This cannot be an area of deficiency in service in terms of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and, as such, this cannot be a consumer dispute.  Therefore, complaint is not admitted and stands rejected accordingly.
