The matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

                   It is agreed by Sh. Nitin Thatai, Advocate, Counsel for respondents No.1 & 2, on getting instructions from Sh. Amit Khanna, Deputy Manager (Legal) that on the surrender value of each policy (3 Policies), the Company will pay interest @8% p.a. (simple) from 01.12.2012 till the time of making the payment.

                   Needful shall be done within four weeks from today.

                   In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge. Dasti also.
