Case called again after lunch break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance. Waited sufficiently. It is already 3.35 P.M. No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received. From the perusal of the case file, it reveals that the complainant also did not appear on 14.6.2018, 3.7.2018, 3.8.2018, 27.8.2018 and today on 26.9.2018. So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the compliant. Thus, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed in default. Copies of this order be supplied/sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
